Frosted glass etching is carried out using a hydrofluoric acid-based chemical solution. The etching line is equipped with an automatic glass loader and unloader at the entry and exit sections. For patterned glass processing, a silk screen printing unit and drying oven can be integrated prior to the etching stage.

Constructed with a corrosion-resistant body and advanced PP material. The electrical cabinet is a Rittal enclosure with integrated air conditioning, rated at IP55. The etching pump is equipped with VFD control to ensure precise regulation of etching pressure. A dedicated tank cleaning system is automatically activated when the machine stops, operated through pneumatic valve control.
